SINGLE GRAPE!

Dearest Castillo Children,

Oh, my, my - how silly you are my dear little ones. You crack me up! Annalise has started to "say" more things. I have to put say in quotes because they don't sound like real words but I know what they are based on there tone and pitch. Weird, right? Like "clean up" and "all done". Clean up sounds like the Clean Up song and all done sounds like "AHHHLL DUH!" She has also started saying things like "uh, oh" which is so stickin' cute. I have no idea where she learned it from but it totally makes me smile.

The best thing that happened this week was on Tuesday I was complaining about my cooking to my husband as he came home from work. I've been really off as of lately in my cooking abilities and I am getting frustrated with it! Anyway... Todd suggested we go to Texas Road House and WOW was it good. So nice to go out to eat on a Tuesday! Look at us being so fancy! The girls were, of course, adored since they can't help but charm all the people around them. However, when the table next to ours had their order some Annalise tried to reach to grab their steak. Daddy doesn't raise a fool. Luckily she didn't touch the food or else we might have had to pay for a steak for someone else.

We went to Fry's grocery store after we ate dinner to grab a few things and we bought some grapes. Nora saw the grapes and wanted them right then. We told her she had to wait and she was fine with it...for the moment. When daddy went to put the groceries in the car one of the grapes came loss and fell on the ground in the parking lot. Nora really wanted that grape but daddy told her it was yucky. He said something about how she didn't want to eat that single grape, which lead for pleas asking for "single grape". "Mommy, single grape! Single grape!" Nora kept asking for "single grape" - which made it ten times more funny because of the word single. Daddy even sang songs to her about her one and only, single grape. I kept me laughing all the way home.

On Wednesday morning my sweet husband did all my dishes from the night before...because I was lazy... and since he did that I had time to make it to my Pilate's class! It's a free class someone from church teaches and it's awesome. The girls get to run around with other kids while I work my abs. I was SORE the next day. We also went to the park and got to eat lunch there later in the afternoon. We had hoped to meet other people from church there but we were the only ones to show up. Bah. But we met a boy who told me he was Peter Pan and thus I was Captain Hook. Then Nora was turned into Wendy and the part of Tinkerbell was played by Annalise. I love make believe.

I also washed our dog Tebow on Wednesday and he, of course, wasn't to happy about it. I saw it was on my husband's list of TO DO's so I thought I would help him out. I also washed the car on Monday since that was also on his list.

On Saturday I went to do my normal shopping and it was crazy busy at Wal-Mart. However, I did find these super cute Disney Princess dolls on clearance! YAY! The dolls are usually $22 alone ,but these had little toys that came with them and they were only $16 each! Score! I got Nora a Cinderella doll and a Tiana doll. Truth be told, I probably wouldn't have gotten the Tiana normally, not because she's black (don't be racist) but because I didn't really care for the movie she was in. The voodoo in that movie was disturbing and Nora hasn't seen it yet. However, at Christmas she got a chance to pick a toy from her Great Aunt Cheryl's toy collection and she picked Tiana over Sleeping Beauty. And she LOVES Sleeping Beauty. I think Nora just thinks Tiana is pretty (which she is) and wanted to play with her.

We also went out to eat (what!? Twice in one week!? Did we hit the lottery!?!) on Saturday at our favorite all you can eat Chinese buffet. Love it. I ate WAY too much. Once again my little Annalise charmed the people around her and I heard the whole row of people in booths laugh as Annalise shoved a HUGE piece of jello in her mouth. First time she had jello and she wasn't going to mess around. We also went to Lowe's and found the glass tiles I've been eyeing forever on clearance!! Maybe we can get a really nice kitchen back splash in for less than $50. We'll see.

Trying to get things together for my new calling as Ward Choir person. Bah, not excited but I'm hoping I'll get excited about it soon. I think we'll have fun. I hope we have fun? WE BETTER HAVE FUN! I think leaning to play piano will help a lot. My teacher, Amber, says I'm doing really well. I can already play a bunch of scales and I'm working on 3 different songs. Two are coming together nicely and the third...the third one is hard. :)

Love you my sweet babies; you're wonderful to me.

With Love,

Your Mother
